These Terms of Service apply to Hermes Luke Operations, a private productivity assistant used by Mike Hendrikse and The Online Marketer.

Purpose

Hermes Luke Operations helps with personal and business productivity tasks, including email, calendar, document, and workflow support. The application may connect to Google services only after the user grants permission.

User Control

The user controls what the application does. The application may assist with reading or searching emails, preparing email replies, sending emails when requested, reading calendar events, creating or updating calendar events when requested, and supporting operational workflows.

The user is responsible for reviewing important outputs before relying on them.

Google Data

Google data is accessed only to perform user-requested tasks. The application does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for unrelated purposes.

No Professional Advice

Outputs generated by the application may support administrative, business, or productivity work. They do not replace professional legal, tax, financial, medical, or other regulated advice.

Availability

The application is provided as a private workflow tool. It may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed at any time.

Limitation of Liability

The application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Online Marketer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.

Revoking Access

The user may revoke Google access at any time through: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
